Looks like this has become another drawing I’ll never finish.
It wouldn’t even take long,I’m just lazy.
done nothing more to it really, stayed in uni until 6.30 and been working in my sketchbook all night instead. It’s much more detailed than the webcam makes it look and the dark bits on the neck will be blended in tomorrow morning before my crit.
Today’s work so far. The light is hitting off the graphite, the nose is much darker than it seems in this photo.
Trying to do a sketch that’s part bear part human with a more human eye. It’s so difficult trying to combine 2 photos in my head with no way of fitting them together, well there would be ways involving a light box and layering them but I don’t have time to draw them out separately first and I don’t own a light box. I really should learn to use photoshop.
